This policy explains how Global Gale Group Limited (“Global Gale Group”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through our website and in the course of our services.
Contact-form data
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form we collect the information you provide — for example your name, company, email address, area of interest and message — so that we can respond to your enquiry.
Employer enquiries
When an employer submits a hiring enquiry through the Gale Force employer form we collect the information provided — for example company name, contact name, work email, role focus and brief — so that we can respond and, where appropriate, progress a search engagement.
Candidate information
When you submit your profile through the Gale Force candidate form we collect the information you provide — for example your full name, email, current job title, location, LinkedIn profile and any message — for recruitment and employment-related purposes.
Future CV uploads
CV upload is not currently enabled on this website. When we introduce it, CVs will be stored privately for use in connection with current and future recruitment opportunities, will not be shared externally without your prior agreement, and will never be exposed through public URLs.
Recruitment-related data processing
We may use candidate information to assess suitability for roles, to introduce candidates to potential employers with their consent, and to maintain records of our recruitment activity.
Data retention
Contact enquiries and employer enquiries are retained for 18 months from submission. Candidate lead submissions are retained for 24 months from submission. Expired records are removed automatically by a scheduled purge. We may retain information for longer where required to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Secure storage
Personal information submitted through this website is hosted and stored on Lovable Cloud, using industry-standard controls. Access is limited to individuals who need the information to carry out our services.
Spam and abuse protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated abuse. Turnstile performs a lightweight, privacy-preserving check when you submit a form.
Email notifications
Form submissions trigger internal notification emails delivered through Lovable Emails from the sending subdomain notify.globalgalegroup.com.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Please send requests to the contact address below and allow reasonable time for a response.
